Volunteer Registration for Houston Area Region Tournament

(Other regions do not register, just volunteer at your tournament)

PLEASE register ONE, and only ONE, "2-Hour Volunteer" per team. Extra volunteers are always welcome but do not need to register. Extra volunteers should just go to the volunteer check-in table and tell us you want to help out. There is always something that needs to be done.

2-Hour Volunteers are scheduled around their team's performance time. Volunteer assignments are made after the schedule is posted (about a week before the tournament). You will not receive your Final Assignment until Thursday or Friday before the Tournament. Watch for the email from Myrna Flores.

2-Hour Volunteers check in the day of the tournament. It is OK to switch volunteers that day as long as the assigned job gets done.
