If you were a registered untrained Volunteer for a tournament earlier this year, you can begin by looking up your existing Volunteer's registration information.

You may provide information for any of the following fields in order to lookup any existing volunteer's record you may have. You do not have to provide information in all fields - just make sure you provide information for at least one field.

Terms and Conditions of Agreement

By agreeing to be an untrained volunteer, I will commit to volunteering for 2-3 hours at the Texas State tournament on March 28, at the mixer on March 27, or at Awards Ceremonies on March 28. I understand that as an untrained volunteer, I will be given a volunteer job that will allow me to see my team's performance. I will work with Myrna Flores, state treasurer and volunteer scheduler, who will schedule a specific time and job AFTER the schedule is posted. The Odyssey team I represent will be counting on me to volunteer at the state tournament to satisfy team qualification requirements. I understand that for my team to receive credit for my volunteer work, I must sign in at volunteer check-in. (Volunteers may be replaced at the last minute. Just make sure the new volunteer signs in for the registered volunteer.)
