How to Submit a Reimbursement Request (Judges and Officials)

These are hotels that we have arranged for the State Competition on March 28th, 2026 at San Jacinto College, South Campus, Houston.

Teams, their families and Officials are welcome to use these rooms at the contract group rates, show below (plus applicable tax). Rooms are available on first-come, first-served  basis. Teams are responsible to RESERVE with a credit card hold and PAY for the rooms. The group rates are only available if you book before the cut-off and rooms are still available at that rate. Hotels generally honor the group rate even after the deadline, if they have availability.
Teams also have the option to choose any other hotel of their liking.

The following hotel has room blocks for Odyssey of the Mind from 3/27/26 to 3/29/26. You can reserve for both nights or either night.

This is the direct link for reservations under the group block. The booking link will be active until March 6th. After that date you must call the hotel directly for any available rooms.

Cancellations allowed until March 20th with full refund. After that date, one night charge will apply per cancelled room.

Rooms and group rate (plus hotel tax): Standard King @ $80/rm per night
Two Queen @ $85/rm per night.

• Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Fitness Center, Airport Shuttle (check facilities with hotel).

  • The hotel will place a $100 hold for incidentals.
