Here is a convenient list of all key dates for the TX State Competition.

Notice the color coding:
Blue for team deadlines
Tan for team pre-orders
Purple for judges.

February	15^th		Deadline	Submission of Clarification Requests. Teams should continue to check clarifications that could be posted later by International Problem Captains, even after Regional Tournaments.
February	17^th	8:00 am - 5:00 pm	Event	*North TX* Regional Tournament, followed by Awards. Advancing teams participate in the State tournament.
February	19^th		Open	*Pre-sales open* for State Finalist shirts
February	20^th		Deadline	*All* judges from North TX regional tournament advance their registration for State, whether their team advances or not.
February	24^th	8:00 am - 5:00 pm	Event	*Central TX* Regional Tournament, followed by Awards. Advancing teams participate in the State tournament.
February	24^th	8:00 am - 5:00 pm	Event	*HARO Regional* Tournament, followed by Awards. Advancing teams participate in the State tournament.
February	24^th		Deadline	North TX advancing teams registration for the TX tournament
February	27^th		Deadline	All judges* representing advancing teams from Central TX and HARO regional tournaments must register for State*
February	27^th		Deadline	*Judges* who need any assistance with hotel reservation or transportation. Must contact the Judge Coordinator. Email statejudge@txodyssey.org
February	29^th		Deadline	Book rooms* using the group discount rate. Check our Hotels webpage for exact cut-off date by hotel.*
February	29^th		Deadline	Submit any special scheduling requests* in your team registration (schedule box), based on travel arrangements.*
March	2^nd		Deadline	HARO and Central TX advancing teams registration for the TX tournament
March	4^th		Deadline	*Pre-sales close* for State Finalist shirts
March	4^th		Deadline	If paying Tournament Fee* by P.O., email copy of approved P.O. to* info@txodyssey.org by this date.
March	9^th		Deadline	Register an untrained volunteer for a 2–3-hour shift who will pick a job by March 16^th.
March	9^th		Deadline	Tournament Fee payment for State tournament
March	16^th		Deadline	Untrained volunteers select their own job by this date. After this date, they get assigned remaining jobs
March	18^th		Deadline	Judges submit travel reimbursement request in order to get paid at tournament. If they submit later (by Apr 30^th), they will get reimbursed by mail.
March	22^nd	6:30 pm to 8:30 pm	Event	Team Mixer. All teams are invited to attend this social event at Texas Woman’s University, Denton, sponsored by TX Odyssey. (Corrected time)
March	23^rd	8 am to 5 pm	Event	TX State Tournament at Texas Woman’s University, Denton, TX.
March	23^rd	6 pm to 7:30 pm	Event	Awards Ceremony at Texas Woman’s University, Denton, followed by short briefing on World Finals
March	24^th	10 am to 11:30 am	Event	Association Meeting. Our Spring Association meeting is open to the entire TX OM Community.
March	26^th	7:30 pm to 9 pm	Event	World Finals Q&A session online. For all team coaches and parents travelling to World Finals
May	21-24	3 days	Event	World Finals Competition at Iowa State University, Ames, IA
