Ongoing			Reminder	Teams should continue to check clarifications that could be posted later by International Problem Captains, even after Regional and State Tournaments.
March 2026	~~28^th~~		~~Event~~	~~TX State Tournament* at San Jacinto College, Houston followed by Awards Ceremonies on-site.~~*
~~April~~	~~4^th~~		~~Soft Deadline~~	~~TX Deadline to declare intent to participate in WF by email to wf@txodyssey.org~~
~~April~~	~~8^th~~		~~Key date~~	*~~Pins & Shirts sales open~~* ~~for WF until 30^th, while supplies last. Credit card payment only is accepted.~~
April	11^h	11 pm Central	Deadline	Last date to REGISTER your team for WF, within 2 weeks of State tournament. This ensures that your team is included in the preliminary tournament schedule. Be sure to include special scheduling requests by then (late member arrival, early departure, etc.) For teams who opt out of Odyssey housing, this is the registration deadline to qualify for the lower site fee ($3,750)
April	11^th	11 pm Central	Deadline	Recommended target date to submit housing application for each team member (within team registration). You can change rooms by email until Apr 20^th , if necessary. Roommates can be changed on-site within reserved full rooms.
April	11^th		Deadline	Deadline to show interest in the Truck Co-Op.
April	17^th		Deadline	Truck Co-Op: Downpayment due, otherwise teams make their own arrangements for transportation of props.
April	20^th		Deadline	Final deadline for changes to team registration, housing and schedule requests.
April	20^th		Deadline	For teams who opt out of Odyssey housing, payment of facility fee is due in full. This is $3,750 if you register on or before April 11^th, goes up to $4,250 if you register later.
April	20^th		Deadline	Deadline for changes to Odyssey Housing reservations. Housing payment is due in full. This is $775 per person for the typical Wednesday arrival package.
April	22^nd		Key date	Truck Co-op: Estimated list of boxes and sizes is due for all props in Truck Co-Op. Cost provided that week. Preliminary invoices can be issued upon request.
April	25^th	8 pm	Key date	Shirt sales close for WF reprints.
April	30^th	8 pm	Key date	Pins sales close for WF orders (or sooner if out of stock).
May	8^th		Deadline	Deadline to book DSM airport transfer through Discover Ames
May	Wed 27^th to Sat 30^th	4 nights	Event	World Finals Competition at Iowa State University, in Ames, IA.
